For men pornography, lusting, pride, etc., always gets confessed with accountability partners. Women tend to deal with [...] -

“They don’t know how to cry,” I heard the Spirit whisper. Some of God’s people don’t know how to cry. Maybe that was one of the problems with the Laodicean church. (Revelation 3:14-22) Maybe a preoccupation with material wealth had quenched the Spirit which would have moved them to tears had they recognized their spiritually [...]

INTRODUCTION When I was a baby Christian, a Bible teacher was inquiring which books we would like to study. I chimed in, “Isaiah!” His comment, however, was in the negative, saying it was a lot of dry history and judgments. That was certainly not my take on the prophet. Even as young in the Lord as I [...]

Okay, so I will say that this is coming from studying Leviticus for a long time in my OT class at DTS. Also since Jesus Christ has not returned yet ”in like manner” as he ascended (Acts 1:11), His prophecies in Matthew 24-25 decidely have a double fulfillment [...]

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God–this is your spiritual act of worship. Romans 12:1
I’ve been thinking about this verse lately. I feel like I’ve been seeking God about what my next step is in order to offer more of myself [...]

Interestingly, while I’ve been working on a post about the characteristics of the antichrist, I’ve had a few conversations lately with people who are reading books that propose that there is NO “the antichrist” . Please forgive me if I’ve been rather zealous on the topic, but you’ll see why I think this is an important issue. [...]

Romans 12 is my favorite chapter of the Bible because it’s easy to memorize and you can apply it to your personal life.
